As a schooled occupational therapist, Coach AJ has been helping people improve their fitness for decades. She spent years rehabilitating athletes from injury, educating them on injury prevention and wellness strategies and techniques, assessing and developing their strengths and limitations and creating real and sustainable improvements in lifestyle behaviors. To complement this expertise, Coach AJ’s education, experience and extracurricular activities include:

Through Coach AJ’s combination of health education, competitive sport background and love for life and others, she has successfully blended multisport endurance and performance coaching with a holistic, health and wellness focus.
