Finally, I would not be able to achieve anything close to what I have done so far without you. You are much more than just my triathlon coach but also a life coach and true friend. Simply but truly, thank you, AJ. You are amazing. ~Seasoned Ironman athlete
“I owe you such a HUGE HUGE HUGE thank you! Alyssa, I NAILED the nutrition for the race. This is the first race I went into confident about the pre race and race nutrition. It was such a relief to not stress about that part at all. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!” ~Second overall female, first American and new PR at Richmond Marathon
“It has been an amazing season, but more importantly the future is brighter than ever. Never have I finished a season and looked ahead with some much excitement. I owe that all to you, AJ. You get the title as the best coach….hands down.” ~Once injured athlete, who under the care of MIM, is now PRing every distance he races! Congratulations Jesse!
Overall I don’t think I could have had a better 1st full Iron. I think the biggest part of this is the good structure and information in A.J.’s plan. I felt so prepared for the race that I had virtually no pre-race jitters! Thanks A.J. and the crew for an awesome program! This was definitely the best race experience of my life!
“First of all, I can honestly say that I have never been so well-prepared for anything in my entire life….I could not have done this without you. I am so so thankful and grateful you took me under your wing when I was so broken four years ago and when that man told me I would not be able to finish a half ironman in the allotted time. Look how far we have come together my friend!”
We’ve done it again, Coach AJ! Conquered the seemingly unconquerable. Having your expertise and training support has made all the difference in my athletic pursuits these past few years – starting with my first Ironman in 2016 to taking on my seventh marathon (on my seventh continent) in 2018. There are things I take into consideration now that weren’t even on my radar before, such as fueling, pacing, and heart rate zones. This last marathon was on the Inca Trail. If you weren’t on a steep uphill climb that maxed out your lung capacity, you were on a downhill descent that made your knees cry on account of the uneven and jagged stone path, all in high elevation. It was definitely the most challenging marathon I’ve ever had the satisfaction of finishing. Fellow racers agreed it was the hardest race they had faced – and these were folks who had done the Mt. Everest marathon, the South Pole marathon and plenty of ultra races. Just under half of the runners (44%) took two days to finish the race because they missed the cutoff time to make it into Machu Picchu before the Park closed. My only hope going into this race was to finish in one day. Thanks to Coach AJ’s coaching services, not only did I finish in one day, but I came in third place women’s! This race was a wonderful experience, thanks in great part to your bequeathed knowledge, training direction, and guidance. I couldn’t have asked for a better finale to my 11-year long quest to run a marathon on all seven continents.
Most of all, just a big thank you for helping me achieve my goals and tri-dreams, A.J. It is really deeply appreciated. ~Team USA Clydesdale Nationals Qualifier
‘Alive, done and not injured! Thanks for getting me to the start line in good shape!’ ~Ultra runner battling chronic injury before joining Multisport in Motion.
‘I thought you would be pleased to hear we took out the win at BRECA bay of Islands at the weekend. We were in great shape for the whole of the race and the training plan worked well for us.’ ~Winners of the Breca Bay of Islands SwimRun
‘I am truly thankful for your help in getting to the marathon, finishing it and finishing it the way I did!!!! You encouraged me to push while also being understanding when I had other things going on. I reached race day feeling confident, prepared and ready to enjoy the race.’ ~First time marathon finisher (after years of failed self training attempts due to injury)
