Our philosophy for our athlete’s evolution in the sport of triathlon parallels that of the Iroquois. Triathlon has a similar horizon, as each discipline has an entire universe of technique, equipment, and unique performance characteristics. Optimal performance only comes with sustained commitment and personal accountability. Each decision and each year builds upon the last.

Injury prevention and rehabilitation prepares your body for continued, progressive workout stress. A healthy mental and emotional well-being allows you to realize self-actualization. Our unique approach to endurance coaching has offered Multisport in Motion the 2016 Best Business of Washington DC Award. This is the third consecutive year (2014, 2015 & 2016) to receive this award.
