You can expect a thorough initial consultation with a start up questionnaire and interview to understand your needs, define appropriate goals and design a program that will maximize your success. Because of our dual focus, our coaching products are fully customized and priced based on your individual needs.
Personalized Training Package
o Initial evaluation of current fitness, as well as strength and weakness assessment
o Athlete’s Guide (85 page start-up guide) created to expedite learning curve
o Detailed daily workouts will be logged and sent in blocks of three to four weeks
o Training program is structured to the individual athlete to include the following:
- Description of the workout
- Purpose of the workout (speed, strength, recovery, etc.)
- Training zones on regular testing by the athlete
- Time and/or distance covered in the workout
o Training Peaks basic account
o Ongoing baseline and field tests to determine/adjust heart rate training zones and assess fitness progress
o Weekly training and racing nutrition guidance via nutrition spreadsheet
o Coach will adjust your schedule one to two time per month for unforeseen events (work, travel, family events, etc.)
o Race day nutrition plan and swim/bike/run pacing plan for goal races
o Multiple avenues of communication including a Weekly Performance Assessment
Premier Training Package
o All inclusive of Personalized Training Package
o Power based cycle training
o Race day nutrition plan and swim/bike/run pacing plan for all races
o Coaching will adjust your schedule, as much as needed, for unforeseen events
o Ongoing baseline and field testing AND data analysis to determine/adjust heart rate training zones and assess fitness progress
o Multiple avenues of communication including a Weekly Performance Assessment plus one to two scheduled phone calls per quarter initiated by the athlete.
