‘My CBCs have been a bit whacky for many years and my hematologist has traced it to my exercise levels. More I had been pushing, the more mileage I ran, the more “off” it had been and seemed to return to pretty normal during times of little training. It does seem that since I have been working with you these counts have gotten better and better. :)’ ~Talented Female Ultrarunner

Cherry Blossom Race – Family Affair
“Race plan for Cherry Blossom Ten Miler sounds perfect. And the girls are doing the kids half mile on Saturday! Ruby ran her first mile with me and Molly yesterday and it was absolutely ADORABLE. And, Molly did my brick run with me on Sunday. We are raising little athletes” ~Healthy Family that Trains Together, Stays Together
Ironman Cozumel PR
“Zero physical issues at the end of the race… I started healthy and ended healthy. Recovered the next day and enjoyed the rest of the trip….Thank you for all your patience and advice. I could not have done it without you. And that is plain truth.” ~Ironman triathlete x3
Running Biomechanics Game Changers
“Speaking of game-changers, nothing has been a game-changer as much as the advice around running biomechanics…absolutely blown over by the difference this makes, and in particular:
- a substantially reduced load in the calves and tendons, both of which are still recovering from injury under the supervision of a sports physiotherapist
- easier to get up hills as the shorter stride length must be akin to a lower gear on a bike
- easier to maintain a constant pace – stayed within 6 second of target throughout, which I have never been able to do before
- maintained a higher pace at a lower perceived effort overall
The prognosis of what the above will do to my running overall, over and above the core aim of reducing/avoiding injury, is mind-blowing and can’t thank you enough.” ~Multisport in Motion Injury-Free Runner

Thank you for so much support and kindness this summer. I was so up and down and I really appreciate how steady and positive you were. That positive reinforcement helped me keep good internal dialogue when the body was frustrating… Freaking thank you!!
