‘I wanted to send much love and just let you know that you made an incredible impact in my life. And for that, I am truly and always grateful.’ Successful & Psyched Leadville 100 Finisher
Thanks for your all support this year, especially giving me a kick in the butt when I needed it, but in a kind way. There is no doubt in my mind I would be injured if it wasn’t for your guidance. I am really grateful to have you as a coach! ~Dopey Marathon Competitor
‘Fast forward to race day, we both crushed it with him excited about crushing his goal and turns out I hit numbers and broke records that I didn’t even think I would have gotten close to this year. I have complete faith in your coaching and I am always surprised at what happens come race day even if that race day is not a typical race day (virtual).’ ~Super speedy triathlete (that just keeps getting faster and faster!)
Thank you for your support! I think about the weeks and months that went into refining my running form everyday. I went from a runner who was always achy and fighting with knee pain, believing I’ll never be as fast as I once was. Now I am perfecting my running focusing on speed and enjoying the challenge of running again. My progress is really a testament to your coaching. ~Injured-no-more Speedy Runner
-Used humor, insights, and data to motivate me.
-Reminded me to pace properly in the beginning of races so I can balance my effort and achieve negative splits.
Thank you so much for your support and guidance this year. I’ve learned so much and am really enjoying the whole process. I’m really grateful for all the time and knowledge you’ve given! Virtual high five! ~2nd Place Overall Finisher, Waterman’s Half Ironman
Finally, I would not be able to achieve anything close to what I have done so far without you. You are much more than just my triathlon coach but also a life coach and true friend. Simply but truly, thank you, AJ. You are amazing. ~Seasoned Ironman athlete
“I owe you such a HUGE HUGE HUGE thank you! Alyssa, I NAILED the nutrition for the race. This is the first race I went into confident about the pre race and race nutrition. It was such a relief to not stress about that part at all. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!” ~Second overall female, first American and new PR at Richmond Marathon
“It has been an amazing season, but more importantly the future is brighter than ever. Never have I finished a season and looked ahead with some much excitement. I owe that all to you, AJ. You get the title as the best coach….hands down.” ~Once injured athlete, who under the care of MIM, is now PRing every distance he races! Congratulations Jesse!
Overall I don’t think I could have had a better 1st full Iron. I think the biggest part of this is the good structure and information in A.J.’s plan. I felt so prepared for the race that I had virtually no pre-race jitters! Thanks A.J. and the crew for an awesome program! This was definitely the best race experience of my life!
