Ironman Memphis 70.3 Success
Thank you for all your help these past 5 months. You kept me honest but also motivated and knowledgeable and I often was thinking during workouts “I gotta do this one right so AJ is happy”. I felt so much more ready going into this weekend than I would have without you. ~First time Half Ironman Finisher crushing his time goal and enjoying fun competition with friends
Ironman PR 18 Years Later
“The entire time, I knew I had PRed the swim, the bike by a huge margin, and at some point I realized I could run down a sub 5 marathon. I’m embarrassed to say I teared up half a dozen times thinking I was about to beat my 14:19 finish from 18 years ago. And every time I got emotional, all the pain from the jelly fish stings and the cramps in my legs just evaporated. I was just so happy the entire second half of the marathon – The second half monkey I guess forgot to visit me.
And the entire time, I’m thinking, Alyssa Morrison, I am forever grateful to you.” ~Proud Ironman Dad with a huge PR and an incredibly proud family
Ironman PR 18 Years Later
Congratulations, Nic, after returning to the sport of triathlon 18 years later and posting a 45 minute PR at Ironman Maryland. Your family (and coach) couldn’t be more proud!
“My dream wasn’t to do another ironman. It was to do another ironman that my family can see me do. That’s how I want my kids to always remember their dad. And now I have that.” Role model extraordinaire!

San Juan Island Half Marathon Success
‘3rd in age group, 17th overall but most importantly finished strong and still had energy in the end. Ankle and foot were a non issue. Thank you for the coaching and not to brag but I had better form because of you then most on the race course.’ Injury-free, speedy SwimRun athlete
